It’s hard to believe, but Christmas is just around the corner—which means it’s time to start preparing for this year’s Angel Tree Ministry!
Join us in the West Lobby after 2nd service, November 1, for an informational meeting.
We’re looking for about 10 volunteers to help with:
- Contacting caregivers for updated info (names, ages, gift ideas)
- Preparing and organizing Angel Tree ornaments
- Tracking gifts and helping with delivery
Important Dates:
November 1st, following 2nd service in West Lobby — Join us for an informational meeting to learn how YOU can help bring joy to children of incarcerated parents this Christmas!
Sundays, November 29th-December 13th — Volunteers hosting the Angel Tree in center lobby.
Sundays, December 6th & December 13th — Volunteers in center lobby, hosting the Angel Tree and accepting Angel Tree gift drop-offs.
December 18th — Volunteers will gather to sort & organize gifts.
December 19th & December 20th — Volunteers will deliver gifts! (Some gift deliveries will involve navigating addresses at apartment homes and/or using stairs.)
