MICHAEL BEUVING

Michael and his wife, Mary met each other in their teens while serving in youth ministry in Aberdeen, WA. They were married in 1999 and have served in full-time Pastoral ministry for their entire marriage, most of that time in Student Ministry. Michael started at GracePointe in December 2017 as the Student Ministry Pastor, but in 2024, Michael transitioned to be the Lead Pastor at GracePointe out of a love for this church and the Milwaukie community. They have 11 children (3 biological, 6 adopted, a daughter-in-law, and a son-in-law), needless to say, that’s a story that they would love to share with you if you ask. Michael is an unreasonably die-hard Blazers fan, and Mary is a voracious reader of old literature, especially CS Lewis. Together, their favorite thing to do is to spend time with their kids, especially at the beach! Michael has his Bachelors and two Masters degrees from Multnomah University.
